So I woke up today to my phone ringing and my mom knocking at my door. Em was calling to see if I wanted to hang. I didn't really want to but I ended up saying yes even though I was half asleep. She and Jess live in the next town over and before I knew it Em was already here. We went to go get donuts and I brought some for my mom since I'm that great of a daughter lol.
Both of the towns that we live in are really small. Together they would have about 20,000 people. We met up with Jess and her younger sister who seem like it could be her twin. We met three guys from Chico who were all extremely nice. Makes me wish I went to Chico hahaha
Em left with Jess's brother and I went with Jess back to her house to play some pool. I actually did fairly well. I should've place a bet. hehe She made something to eat and Em came back and we all ate. By then Ivy showed up and we just all joked around. I finished that book that inspired me to start writing a blog. Now I never ever cry during chick flicks or anything like that but the ending of this book was so all of a sudden that I just felt sad. I came really close to crying. Anyways they all want to read it now and I want to start reading Lovely Bones. I honestly didn't even feel like hanging out with anyone today since I have a lot of homework. I thought 'oh well. I can do it all on saturday and sunday. I just won't answer any calls or whatever.' Wrong! My mom wants me to go to the salon with her so I have to do that now too. I think I'm starting to become a people pleaser and I hate that. It gets in the way of things. I think I'm done for today. I'm really exhausted. I think I just might become Amish for the weekend so I can get work done.
